- Contaminated Containers (smells of gas or toxins)
- Unidentifiable Containers (labels peeled off)

- Out of Province Containers
- Cardboard
Procedures for Container Refund
There is no need for our customers to sort or count the product, but if you do your service will be quicker.
| 1. Pull up to the Depot |
| 2.Take a number and wait in your vehicle |
| 3. Unload your containers at an empty table once your number comes up on the screen |
| 4. Move your vehicle to the parking lot to allow other customers to pull up to the door and unload |
| 5. Collect your refund from the Depot staff after they finish counting your containers |
Charitable Donations
We are taking beverage container donations for the Stollery Children’s Hospital. Northern Alberta bottle depots have raised over $200,000.00 for the Stollery so far!
Are You Holding a Bottle Drive?
Please give us a quick call before bringing them to the depot to ensure we have enough storage space available. Our team will take care of sorting the containers and will issue a cheque to your organization.
We’ll keep a detailed record of all donated containers and provide refund cheques at the end of each month—it’s that simple!
